The Boulder Cork has been a restaurant icon in Boulder for nearly 30 years. Originally part of the Cork and Cleaver, it still maintains all that is terrific about steakhouses, but it is much more than that.
Long before talk of locally sourced food, Chef Jim Smailler has pulled in from local farms and his own on-site herb garden. Owner Alan Teran and Chef Jim Smailler are both passionate about travel and food, and they both bring fresh vision to the operation, while maintaining some of their signature dishes.
